24th of July

For the 24th of july we just stayed at home and had a BBQ. I had to work for a couple of hours in the morning, and then everyone took naps. We did take Morgan swimming. She loves going swiming, she even swam by herself. Later that evening we got Morgan's pool out and made paper boats and hats.My tired little boy! He's so adorable. I wondered why he was being so quite.. He loves his bouncer.

The Trainning has begun

Well I am well into my training, and I have to admit it is a love hate relationship. In 7 weeks I will be participating in my first triathlon at bear lake. It has been quite the adventure already. I have already pushed myself farther than thought I could go, going on a long bike ride followed by a run is incredibly hard. My biggest motivation is to have a goal in mind to help me lose my baby weight. It has been a huge motivation because I know that I can't miss my workouts because I don't want to die during the triathlon. The swim scares me the most, but I have a great swim instructor who is working with me to get me ready. She seems confident that I will be ready. I love swimming, its one of my favorite things to do now. I was worried at first to take swimming lessons, but I knew that if I wanted to do a triathlon I would have to learn how to swim. I happy to report that I am making progress in my swimming. When I first started I was a horrible swimmer, I hated even putting my face in the water, but now I feel pretty good in the water. I want to be an example to my children and teach them the love of exercise and staying active. It is amazing how fast time is going, I already have butterflies. Doing this triathlon is defiantly out of my comfort zone. I am just grateful that I have such a great husband who motivates me and helps me accomplish my goals. Last summer I did my first 5k and it made the biggest difference having Jeremiah by my side. I am so grateful that Jeremiah is by myside. Well hopefully my cute kids will start sleeping better so I can get more sleep.

Who can resist those beautiful eyes! His mother is smitten with him. So Riley is growing up so fast he is now teething and eathing rice cereal. He is now weighs 17 pounds

Family Night

I love doing things with my cute little family. Well we decided to teach Morgan about service. So we went around to are neighbors serving them. Morgan washed windows, mirrors, and emptied garbages. She also took are neighbors cookies. She loved it! Hopefully she learn the love of service. Riley was exhausted after all the service of looking cute he shared.

4th of July Fun

Well I must Admit it was nice having fireworks right behind our apartment. We didn't have to fight traffic or crowds. Riley and Morgan loved it. Morgan loved the red ones and said it was christmas. Are great friend came over and we had a bbq and candy bar dutch oven. YUMMY!

My beautiful daughter is potty trained. She has graduated from pull ups to big girl panties. I am so proud of her and happy to only have to change one diaper. I also want to share the exciting news that Riley is rolling over. It is amazing how fast he is growing up.
