My football baby!

I can't believe my baby is one. It went so fast. Riley-bug loves balls, any type of ball. So for his birthday I thought it would be appropriate to host a ball party. Morgan and I made baseball cupcakes and football tacos. He even used the tennis ball to eat his ice cream. Forget about spoons, who need spoons when you have a ball. It was a small party but it was fun. It has been a great first year with him and I look forward to many more.

My embarrasing moment

Okay, So today while Morgan was at preschool I decided to go to Dillard's and try some new makeup. I usually like getting a makeover and trying different colors. Today was not so great. The So called makeup Representative took an hour doing the makeover. Granted she was helping other people at the same time. I was amazed at how long she was taking. I asked for a everyday to day look, So I am thinking simple. No she put 2 types of foundation on me. My Eye shadow was clear past my eye. Oh and the eyeliner that I thought usually went right above the eye. She put the eyeliner in the crease. The best part was when she did the blush. The first place she started was my forehead, and then around my face, the nose and then the cheeks. She said that it helped focus the attention on my face instead of up and over my head. Well I think that I would of preferred the up and over. The lips got and instant lift with the lip liner way above the lips. But here is the embarrassing part I had to pick up my daughter from preschool, so other mothers saw the amazing look. The first thing out of my husbands mouth was wow, I don't like it. He said that I looked like a clown. Which I can not lie, it was pretty bad. I washed it off immediately, sorry no picture available. So today I was called a clown by my husband and my daughter told me that I was fat. I have no idea where she got that from, but it is not the greatest thing to hear.

Valentines was a huge success

I made it a goal to make the holidays more memoriable and to plan ahead. Usually I have all these great ideas and then the moment comes and goes.

A beautiful breakfast made with love from Miah, isn't he just the cutest. He even practiced before valentines day to make sure he could make the perfect heart pancake.

While Miah did homework and studied for a test we took off and had our own adventure at macy's. There is nothing better than an ice cream cone.

A valentine Surprise for morgan. She loved getting her nails done.

A Special Lunch for Morgan. A walle sandwhich along with the movie.

I know my husband is amazing look at that delicious dinner he made for me.
To finish off the evening I thought a nice chick-flic would be fun with chocolates. Miah has been wanting to watch Arachnophobia. So I rented the movie and morgan and I made chocolate spiders. Romantic I know. It was a fun valentines day. I know that this post is late, but everytime I sat down to finish it something came up.

Happy Valentines Day

The Joys of a three year old. Okay so I have learned to always check my surroundings. Because I have a 3 year old who likes to hide things. Check oven to make sure nothing is hiding there. I turned on the oven and started smelling something funny. I opened up the oven and found a yogurt wrapper starting to melt. So rule number one check your surroundings. Two, Inform your 3 year old that paper towels can not be washed in the washing machine. She is such a big helper, and decided to throw the dirty paper towels in the washer after I had started it. Three, hide the candy from valentines party because the temptation is to high.e Even though they tell you they are only going to have one piece, to them that is the truth, one piece of candy in the bathroom, the bedroom, downstairs. So in reality she only had one piece of candy:) The last rule of thumb, always put your keys in a safe spot for your own sanity. Jeremiah and I looked forever for are keys. We would of never imagined that are daughter who likes to hide stuff would be hiding are keys.

The moment is here..... and a blast from the past.

The moment is finally here. Morgan went to preschool, and her mom finally thought of a blog name that wasn't taken. So now you know the reason I wasn't blogging. I didn't want to blog when I was switching sites. Well Morgan loved preschool. I can't believe that she is old enough to go to school. She had fun wearing her pj's. How lucky is she.

Thanks giving fun.

My cooking princess. Thanks uncle Shaun for the great gift. Who would of guessed you could make a cake with ice cubs.
Two good looking guys.
I love my open mouth slobbery kisses.
Christmas and best of friends.

What we have been up to

So I Decided that Morgan is full of surprises. Today she told me that she wanted holes in her ears. What!! what did you say! Well I told her to go ask her dad. Her dad told her that she needed to wait until she was 8. Wow, she is growing up to fast. Riley is also growing up to fast. He is now walking all over the place, and hitting his head left and right. Poor kid.
